Admission Policy
Admission is open to students from all Muslim ethnic backgrounds and nationalities who respect the Islamic values and regulations of the school.
Acceptance is based on:

- Acceptance of the School Rules and Terms & Conditions
Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee admission. The school admin reserves the right to place students according to their level and available capacity.
Terms & Conditions
School Admission Agreement
By registering with our Al-Resalah Islamic School, parents, guardians, and adult students agree to the following:
1. Islamic Conduct
All students are expected to uphold Islamic manners, respect teachers, fellow students, and school property.
2. Attendance
Regular attendance is essential for successful learning. Parents should inform the school of any planned absence.
3. Punctuality
Students should arrive before class begins. Repeated lateness may affect classroom participation.
4. Fees
- Tuition fees must be paid before the due date.
- Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of classes.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to management approval.
6. Placement
The school management reserves the right to place students according to their academic level rather than age alone.
7. Behaviour
Students who repeatedly display inappropriate behaviour, bullying, disrespect, or misconduct may face disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal.
8. Dress Code
Students should wear clean, modest, and appropriate Islamic clothing.
9. Health & Safety
Parents and adult students must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special educational needs before classes begin.
10. Photography & Media
The school may photograph or record school activities for educational and promotional purposes.
Parents or adult students may opt out by submitting a written notice.
11. Personal Belongings
The school is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
12. Emergency Contact
Parents and adult students must provide accurate emergency contact details and notify the school of any changes.
13. Collection of Children
Children must be collected promptly after class. The school cannot supervise students after dismissal unless prior arrangements have been made.
14. Privacy
All personal information will be handled confidentially and used solely for educational and administrative purposes.
15. School Authority
The School management reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission where it is considered to be in the best interests of the school community.
